Pick Systems Customer Service representatives are available to provide assistance per the following schedule. All times listed are Pacific Time and are subject to change. Please have your software serial number available when calling. Your software serial number is printed on your Advanced Pick diskettes or tapes or, at the TCL prompt, you may enter "which" to display your system serial number.
Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
By phone at 714/261-1875 or by fax at 714/261-5308 for dealer service, pre-paid service, 30-day initial service, and activation numbers. Additionally, general service is available at $2/minute charged on your credit card.
By phone at 900/990-0505 for general service at $2/minute charged on your phone bill.
Saturday 6:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:00 p.m. and during Holiday Closures
Support services are available to purchasers of PICKUP support contracts at $125.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
