Description sets the system software date, and optionally the system hardware clock.

In AP, the date displays automatically at the TCL prompt by simply pressing <return>, <enter> or <ctrl>+m.

In R83 and AP, the "time" command displays the time and date.

On AP/Unix, the Pick date is set as a difference from the Unix date. Normally, the difference is zero, making both dates equal.

Synonym for "set.date" and "set.dt".
Syntax set-date mm/dd/yy{yy} {(option)}
set-date dd mmm yy
Options u Updates the hardware real-time clock, as well as the system software clock. (Not in AP)
