Description sets the current system time.

The hours are specified from 00 (midnight) to 23 (11:00 p.m.). The current time can be displayed by pressing <ctrl>+m, or <enter> or <return> at the TCL prompt or by typing the TCL verb "time".

Synonym for "set.time".
Syntax set-time hh:mm{:ss} {(u)}
Options u This updates the hardware real-time clock, as well as the system (software clock). (R83)
